Dear Andyco Employee,
Just a quick note before I'm off to my Tuesday
morning aroma therapy and avocado facial.
You may have noticed a new face at Andyco
over recent weeks -- and that face belongs to Jack Tredwater.
He's our highly-compensated consultant, brought on board to help
us explore new and innovative ways to stop losing tens of millions
of dollars per fiscal quarter.
I'm very excited about some of the initiatives
Jack has proposed that help management work as a team to better
face future challenges.
We're calling this new effort "The future
is just ahead". Here are a few things you can look forward
to over the coming weeks:
There will be dozens of cheezy posters
with the phrase "The future is just ahead" hanging
throughout the building.
To improve their leadership skills, management
will be taking part in several activities including survival
camping, sack races, and the "spoon" game.
"Fun Fridays", where employees
are encouraged to eat in the conference room with other co-workers.
I'm certain that this is just the tip of
the iceberg when it comes to Mr. Tredwater's innovative recommendations.
In fact, I just passed his office a few moments ago, and his
face appeared all scrinched up like he was thinking of something
else really good.
