Watching the bottom
line, while preserving their bottoms.
Andy,
5th
Chairman & CEO
The
youngest Andy ever to lead the company, Andy V has manned the helm since
1995. Committed to repositioning the company
as a major player in the new Internet economy, Andy V is widely recognized
as an Internet leader. In addition to his responsibilities as the companies
CEO and all-around visionary, business and government leaders
from around the world seek his advice on a broad range of global issues.

His
personal interests include making piles of money, cock fights, and spending
quiet evenings at home with a nice bottle of Pinot and his long-haired
Persian, Mrs. Beasley.

Mrs.
Beasley
President, Chief Operations Officer
Andy V's
cat and close confidante, Mrs. Beasley has recently joined the Andyco
management team, and handles the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Though the hiring of a long-haired Persian is rare in the corporate world,
coworkers have grown to appreciate Mrs. Beasley's laid back, "hands
off" management style.

Mrs.
Beasley
enjoys warm milk, big balls of yarn, and killing mice and other small
rodents.

Janet Fishkill
Director of Public Relations
Ms. Fishkill began her career as Andyco's
receptionist, and gradually worked her way up through the company's public
relations department, cutting her teeth on toxic spill issues. Her talent
for skillfully handling product safety violations and South American child
labor mishaps has prepared her for almost any challenge that faces Andyco
now - and in the future.

Janet's
interests include backpedaling, sidestepping, and playing
the maracas to Karen Carpenter records. She's also known for a personality
that's as bright as her shiny skin.

Harold "Harry" Fingers
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Fingers brings to Andyco his extensive
background in finance -- primarily as treasurer of his college fraternity.
During his tenure overseeing the Ball State Chapter of ATO, Mr. Fingers
was instrumental in the purchasing of beer and other assorted spirits.

A longtime friend
and associate of Andyco's CEO, Mr. Finger's tenacity and never-say-die
attitude was apparent his Freshman year, when he drank 4 pitchers of Lime
Rickys and then survived the fall from a second floor dorm window.

Mr. Fingers
is currently helping Federal investigators trace the source of $1 billion
in bogus company earnings -- as soon as he finds his missing beer cozy.

Skip P. Peterson
Marketing Director
The
"P" stands for PowerPoint! Armed with a B.A. in restaurant management
from Ball State, Skip works closely with Andy V in developing and implementing
Andyco's multifaceted marketing efforts. He's credited with many innovative
initiatives including customized pens and notepads, point-of-sale mobiles,
and the liberal use PowerPoint in sales calls and internal meetings. Skip
also spearheads the company softball team.

Skip
is currently on sabbatical for reasons he'd like to remain confidential.
(But you can forward any correspondence to the San Jose chapter of PowerHouse.)
